As a life coach, I help people navigate change, uncover their strengths, heal from pain and take bold steps toward a more authentic, fulfilling life. Whether you're ready to embrace your next brave thing or seeking clarity and confidence, I’ll help you find the way forward.
I’m a certified life coach with over nine years of experience with a therapeutic approach. I created an emotional health curriculum for Bethel Conservatory of the Arts in the United States and lectured there for eight years.
