About

A native of Melbourne, Australia my story really began when I moved out of home at the age of 18 to attend Drama School, I was filled with youthful enthusiasm, a bag of dreams and hopes that one day –  I would make it! After three years of training, my dreams that I once dreamed didn’t taste good anymore. Criticism and judgment left a bitter taste in my mouth, would I dream again? I needed fresh vision.

Fresh vision did come my way when a friend offered me a job in Real Estate. Negotiating deals, pitching for business and running sales campaigns inspired me, but there was a wide-open unfulfilled space in me that held my dormant dreams. I had no grid for ‘balance’ given my professional life overruled my personal life. Being the hamster in the wheel was exhausting!

The exhaustion prompted a question… what would I do if I knew I couldn’t fail? Am I prepared to get mentally & spiritually fit to jump over the hurdles to chase my dreams?

Destiny disrupted my mundane with an invitation to attend a school called Bethel in Northern California. A childhood dream to live in America resurfaced. I was about to embark on a huge faith journey, leaving the country for three years with no money! It was time to put my faith into action and become a rule breaker of the status quo.

After three years of school at Bethel, life came full circle, a resurrected dream opportunity came my way. I am now working as a Life Coach and Head Marketing for Bethel Conservatory of the Arts!

Walking out my own transformation has made me want to coach people into their own freedom. To help them to walk into their own realizations and breakthroughs. To challenge and provoke growth. To coach and teach, both through sessions and my blog “All That I Am”. In a world full of information, but starved for wisdom, I am keen to go deeper with people, to bring true understanding and insight.

I challenge you to un-follow the crowd, blaze your own trail and find your own rhythm.

You will never be the same again!

Love, Ella

  • It’s been nearly a week since we got back from Beijing and all I can think about is the people! I am deeply impacted by this team! Why? Because we don’t remember what people say but we remember how they make us feel. And what I felt on this team was a whole lot of love, joy/comedy, purpose beyond ourselves and unity I have never felt before. I loved the late night/ early morning chats, the permission to put the head phones in to be an introvert and the delight in sharing in the hilarity of “we have no idea what we are doing”. It wasn’t just the team that impacted me but the students who left a mark - we got to teach English and Creativity to 16- 18 year olds. Seeing the transformation in the student from day 1 to day 5 was the most rewarding gift. China you have my heart. ❤️
  • I don’t think I have ever - EVER dressed up like this, not even when I was in drama school! There’s something about my friend @lucassankey he sees people differently! Check out his Narnia series on his page! Thank you for capturing my bad ass side! And shout out to the very talented @lesliehernandez.mua and @brb_hair for hair and make up! In the class we talk about the things that stop us from living brave and showing up as fully ourselves! To all my brave hearted actors I love you and love seeing you step into being comfortable in your own skin ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

A friend snuck some perfect lil BTS vids of our Companion Journal photo shoot & it has me reflecting today & feelin all the grateful feels ✨
My journey as a creative has taken so many twists and turns- I’m forever getting inspired by a new creative outlet, most of them completely disconnected 😆🤷‍♀️. I used to feel shame about how I never seemed to be able to stick to one thing, but over the years I’ve watched how all the variety of experiences really start to overlap and bleed into each other, each new chapter enhanced by the ones before. I spent a bunch of years as a wedding photographer and being able to shoot all my own images for Twin Sparrow has served me so well in what I’m doing now. Looking back, there are a thousand things that have come full circle like that. ✨
If you’re hungry for more that what your current world is filled with- trust me when I say the chapter you’re in this very moment WILL NOT BE WASTED. It’s sowing into something bigger that’s coming, even if you completely pivot directions. The people you’re meeting, the skills you’re honing, the experiences that are growing you deeper and stronger and braver... it’s all part of what’s coming. And worth it! Before you even understand what’s on the other side. You’ll be astonished at how all the pieces fit together one day. I’m tellin ya 😏#trust the process 📷: @lucassankey Photography
